Full payment of accommodation is charged at time of booking. *In the event of a refund, guests will be refunded the accommodation amount less a 2.2% credit card surcharge administration fee.
Any incidentals incurred by guests while in house will be charged against the same credit card provided at time of booking.
A turn down service is provided on the third afternoon of every stay. For long stays Management will pre-arrange turn down services tailored to your stay.
All guests are required to show a photo identification prior to check-in.
A photo identification request will be emailed to you upon booking.
If guest does not fulfil the above process, it will result in cancellation/release of booking.
Check in time is from 2pm. Check out time is 10am.
No smoking is allowed on this property – a $250 penalty applies to smoke affected rooms.
If any items are removed from the accommodation offerings or visibly damaged by guests. The guests credit card will be charged accordingly upon check-out.
The Mysa Motel has a no party policy. No disruptive noise, excessive drinking or large gatherings are permitted.
We reserve the right to vacate any guest or group who exhibits anti-social behaviour from the premises at any time during your stay, with no refunds considered.
The Mysa Motel is NOT a pet friendly premises. Out of respect for our guests that do not have pets we kindly request no pets be brought on premises.
By proceeding with your booking you agree to the Terms & Conditions of The Mysa Motel and that you are over the age of 18 years old.
*Photography shoots. Kindly note that The Mysa Motel is first and foremost a boutique luxury accommodation provider. While we do welcome photography shoots at the property, all photography shoots require exclusive motel charter and approval by Motel Management. Any guest/party seen to be booking accommodation and carrying out commercial photo-shoots on property without prior approval will be vacated from the property and immediately invoiced AND OR charged the Motel's Full Charter Motel Photography fee.
For the safety of all guests and Mysa staff, if you or any accompanying traveler is displaying any flu like symptoms prior to arrival, please get tested and stay at home. (For the latest advice, information and resources, go to www.health.gov.au)

General Bookings
No shows, cancellations or modifications of your booking may result in forfeit of any monies transacted.
The Mysa Motel reserves the right to charge the value of your entire stay for cancellations, modifications or no shows.
Please be aware that we will not hold rooms without a valid credit card at the time of booking.
